Welcome guys, gals! I'm thrilled to have this opportunity to introduce to you a sport that will change your life as you learn a life long skill, have fun doing it, and get in the best shape of your life!
If you're like me, you've probably experienced joining a gym or starting a workout routine only to end up losing motivation and ending up quitting. Let's face it, working out is boring! When you train in martial arts you're going to be hooked! You'll be motivated by constantly striving to build on learning techniques and movements and you'll experience the thrill of competition at every session. I'm proud to have trained for years under world renowned Brazilian jiu jitsu artist and fourth degree black belt Eddie Bravo, who founded the 10th Planet empire. And now I'm proud to be able to bring his unique ground breaking methods to my hometown of Covina where we specialize in both Jiu Jitsu grappling and Muay Thai boxing.
We welcome beginners and advanced, young and old, men and women, and even have kids classes starting as early as three years old.
